ELEVEN THERAPISTS NEEDED for ABA CENTER IN GRANGER/MISHAWAKA

Responsible for providing intensive behavioral intervention services to clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other language delays.

Duties:

* Provide direct therapy in individual and group sessions

* Complete weekly program writing and maintain client’s program book

* Work with consultant, Speech, and OT  and implement individualized goals and checklists

* Implement individualized treatment plan as written and directed by behavior analyst

* Graph data as instructed

* Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients

* Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies

* Maintain and protect the well being of all clients

Skills/Qualifications:

Creative, Flexible, Self-Motivated, Time Management Skills, Observation skills, Analytical Skills, Energetic, Team Player.  Must have a bachelors degree from an accredited university or college in Psychology or related field.  All applicants must pass a background check
